Generally speaking, every September the Idlewylde Community Association (ICA) holds its fall membership meeting as a “live event,” at the Idlewylde Hall. At the meeting, matters that need to be voted upon are considered and voted for or against in person.
This year — obviously — things are different. Given the COVID pandemic, the 2020 meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. All Idlewylde Community Association members are invited to participate. If you have not already received it, to request the link to access the meeting, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
As part of this virtual meeting, we have drawn up, in the form a small online survey, the items that require a vote. These are:
• The approval yes or no of a slate of board members to be elected
• The approval yes or no of the renewal of authority for board members to represent ICA in zoning matters
